摘要
对近年来人才教育政策、图情档实践教育基地建设国内外研究现状、信息管理人才培养面临问题与图情档实践教育基地协同建设的现实障碍进行梳理发现,图情档实践教育基地协同建设存在可行性。论文从多元化的主体参与、多样态的场景仿真、多层级的管理机制三个方面提出图情档实践教育基地协同建设的可行路径。
This paper sorts out the talents education policy in recent years,the current construction problem and situation,information management talent training problems,realistic obstacles of collaborative construction on practical education base of library,information and archive science,and found that constructing collaboratively of Library,information and archive science'practical education base has feasibility.From three aspects:diversified main part participation,diverse scene simulation and multi-level management mechanism,this paper puts forward the feasible paths to construct collaboratively the practical education base of library,information and archive science.
