摘要
《医学见能》是清代医家唐宗海的名作,广州近代著名中医霍耀池擅长使用该书方剂治疗痹证,包括疼痛、麻木、关节肿大等症状。本文在《医学见能》五物逐瘀汤、利湿燥筋汤、加味固胎丸三方基础上对三则痹证治案进行分析及回顾,期待能为痹证治疗提供行之有效的解决方法以提高临床疗效水平。
《YI XUE JIAN NENG》is a remarkable masterpiece written by TANG Zonghai(a famous doctor of Qing Dynasty).HUO Yaochi as a famous doctor in modern time in Guangzhou was good at using the formulas in《YI XUE JIAN NENG》to treat Bi disease,its symptoms including pain、numbness、tumescence of joints.This paper is based on《YI XUE JIAN NENG》three prescriptions,namely Wu wu zhu yu tang、Li shi zao jin tang、Jia wei gu tai wan,through the investigation and review of three medical records for Bi diseaseaimed to provide efficient treatment for clinics and enhance its curative effect for Bi disease.
