摘要
目的:观察滋阴益气补肾汤联合银杏酮酯滴丸对冠心病心绞痛患者心电图及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取冠心病心绞痛患者86例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)与研究组(n=43)。常规干预基础上对照组采用银杏酮酯滴丸,研究组于对照组基础上加用滋阴益气补肾汤,均治疗1个月。疗程结束后统计两组心电图疗效、治疗前及疗程结束后血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原)水平、心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心脏指数(CI)、每搏输出量(CO)]。结果:疗程结束后两组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);疗程结束后两组LVEF、CI、CO水平较治疗前增高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病心绞痛患者采用银杏酮酯滴丸联合滋阴益气补肾汤治疗,可更有效降低血液黏稠度,改善患者心功能,提高心电图疗效。
Objective To investigate the effect of Ziyin Yiqi Bushen Decoction combined with Ginkgo ketone Dropping Pill on electrocardiogram and hemorheology in patients with angina pectoris.Methods 86 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were enrolled in our hospital.The randomized divided into control group(n=43)andstudy group(n=43).On the basis of routine intervention,the ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills were taken in the control group,and the study group was added with Ziyin Yiqi Bushen Decoction,they all were treated for 1 month.At the end of the treatment period,the electrocardiogram efficacy of the two groups,the blood rheology index(plasma viscosity,whole blood high-viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity,fibrinogen),Score(LVEF),cardiac index(CI),stroke volume(CO)and cardiac function index left ventricular ejection)were measured before and after the treatment.Results After the treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood high-viscosity,whole blood low-cut viscosity and fibrinogen level were lower than before treatment.The study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of LVEF,CI and CO in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the study group was higher(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking Ginkgo biloba ester dropping pills combined with Ziyin Yiqi Bushen Decoction for treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris can effectively reduce blood viscosity,improve patients heart function and ECG efficacy.
