摘要
阐述了3种关于海洋石油平台注水流量计误差在线测试的方法,包括便携仪表法、容积法和标准表法的使用步骤和优缺点。针对渤海A平台某注水井流量计存在测量误差问题,利用平台现有设备设施,尝试使用容积法和标准表法进行误差在线测试,通过误差在线测试和修正实验验证了标准表法和最小二乘法结合的应用效果,为今后海洋石油平台注水流量计误差在线测试和修正提供参考理论依据,以利于降低流量计误差测试成本,提高注水井精细化管理水平,促进油田增产。
Three methods for online testing of water injection flowmeter deviation on offshore oil platform are described.The application steps,advantages and disadvantages of portable instrument method,volume method and standard meter method are introduced.Aiming at the measurement error of flowmeter in a water injection well of Bohai Platform A,using the existing equipment and facilities of the platform,the volume method and standard table method are used to test the error on-line.The application effect of the combination of standard table method and least square method is verified by the error on-line test and correction experiment,which provides a reference theoretical basis for the online test and correction of the injection flow meter error of the offshore oil platform in the future,thus lowering the cost of flowmeter error test,improving the level of precision management of injection wells,and promoting the increase of oil field production.
