悬臂式破碎机在含夹矸综放工作面中的应用与实践

摘要 针对兖矿集团济宁3#煤矿5309工作面大部分区域含有多层夹矸,生产过程中产生的矸石较多,矸石在转载机入料口处容易发生卡堵,为解决这一问题采用PSJ-YQ-GT40-22型煤矿井下巷道悬臂式破碎机。通过使用,发现该破碎机优点较多,结构简单、紧凑、体积小、重量轻,适用于恶劣的井下环境;并且操作简单、安全可靠、破碎效率高;其固定于转载机进料口盖板上,整体随转载机拉移而移动,移动方便。 There are many layers of gangue in most areas of 5309 working face at the Jining No.3 coal mine of Yanzhou mining group,the gangue produced in the production process is more,and the gangue is apt to be stuck at the entrance of the transporter.To solve this problem,PSJ-YQ-GT40-22 underground roadway cantilever crusher was used.Through the use,it is found that the crushing has many advantages,such as simple structure,compact,small volume,light weight,suitable for bad environment,simple operation,safety and reliability,high crushing efficiency.It is fixed on the inlet cover plate of the transporter,moving with the transporter as a whole,easy to move.
