摘要
目的压力管理干预对传染科护士职业倦怠的改善。方法昆明市第三人民医院对传染科护士自2016年11月起实施压力管理干预,将2016年10月至2017年12月期间873人次护士纳入研究,观察实施压力管理干预前后护士的倦怠改善情况。结果干预前,873人次护士情绪衰竭、缺乏人情味、个人成就感分别处于轻度、中度和重度。干预6个月后,情绪衰竭、个人成就感评分有所提高,缺乏人情味评分下降,干预12个月后,缺乏人情味评分提高,情绪衰竭、个人成就感评分下降,其中3次调查数据比较,个人成就感、缺乏人情味分数差异显著(P<0.05),情绪衰竭无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论压力管理干预有助于改善传染科护士的职业倦怠情况,在改善个人成就感、缺乏人情味具有积极的作用,值得临床推广。
Objective Stress management intervention can improve the job burnout of nurses in the infectious department.Methods:Our hospital implemented pressure management intervention for nurses in the Department of Infectious Diseases including 873 nurses from October 2016 to December 2017,and observed the improvement of nurses'burnout before and after the pressure management intervention.Results Before the intervention,873 nurses suffered mild,moderate and severe emotional exhaustion,and they felt lack of humanity and no sense of personal accomplishment.Intervention after six months,emotional exhaustion and personal satisfaction score increased,the lack of humanity score decreased;12 months after intervention,the lack of humanity grading,emotional exhaustion and personal satisfaction ratings dropped.Compareing the results of these three surveys,personal accomplishment and the lack of humanity scores were significantly different(P<0.05),emotional exhaustion showed no significant change(P >0.05).Conclusion The stress management intervention can help improve the job burnout of the nurses in the infectious department.It has positive effects in improving personal sense of accomplishment and lack of humanity,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
