摘要
目的探讨基于老年综合评估(comprehensive geriatric assessment,CGA)的护理干预在老年冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年5月—2018年1月收治的老年冠心病患者90例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组行心内科专科疾病护理,观察组行基于CGA的护理干预。比较两组患者的应对方式、生活质量、住院期间心脏不良事件发生情况。结果观察组干预后回避评分低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组,不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论基于CGA的护理干预可有效改善老年冠心病患者应对方式,能使住院期间心脏不良事件的发生减少,利于提升患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive geriatric assessment (CGA) nursing intervention on living quality,coping style and prognosis in senile patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods 90 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received special nursing for cardiology diseases.The observation group received nursing intervention based on CGA.The coping style,quality of life and occurrence of adverse cardiac events during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the avoidance score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the face score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion CGA nursing intervention for senile patients with CHD can effectively improve coping style,reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events during hospitalization,and increase living quality.
