摘要
目的研究伤口造口护理小组对临床压疮预防与治疗的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年3月于我院接受治疗的住院患者1 000例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各500例。对照组实施常规护理,试验组实施伤口造口护理小组护理。比较两组患者的压疮发生率及治疗有效率,并比较两组患者的压疮护理中不规范事件发生率。结果试验组压疮发生率为4.00%,低于对照组10.00%的压疮发生率;试验组患者的压疮治疗有效率为95.00%,高于对照组74.00%的压疮治疗有效率;试验组压疮护理不规范事件发生率为2.00%,低于对照组5.00%的发生率,组间各数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论伤口造口护理小组在临床压疮预防及治疗中的应用能有效降低患者压疮发生率,提升压疮治疗效果,临床价值较高。
Objective To study the effect of wound stoma nursing group on the prevention and treatment of clinical pressure sore.Methods 1 000 hospitalized patients treated in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 500 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group received group nursing of wound stoma.The incidence of pressure ulcer and the effective rate of treatment between the two groups were compared.The incidence of non-standard incidents in pressure ulcer nursing was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the experimental group was 4.00%,which was lower than 10.00% in the control group.The effective rate of pressure ulcer treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 74.00% in the control group. The incidence of non-standard incidents of pressure ulcer nursing in the experimental group was 2.00%,which was lower than that in the control group (5.00%).There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of wound stoma nursing group in the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcer can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer and improve the treatment effect of pressure ulcer.
