摘要
随着求美者对面部年轻化需求的提高,面部除皱手术在整形美容手术中占有重要地位。然而,随着除皱手术的复杂程度逐渐提升,并发症的风险也相应提高,术后可出现血肿、皮肤坏死、神经损伤、感染、瘢痕、脱发、腮腺损伤、耳畸形、轮廓不规则等并发症。本文旨在将上述并发症的发生原因、处理原则和防治方法,结合最新研究进展进行综述。
At present,with increasing demand of patients for facial rejuvenation,face lifting is playing a crucial role in plastic and cosmetic surgery.However,as the rhytidectomy tends to be complicated,the surgical risks are increasing with a series of postoperative complications such as hematoma,skin necrosis,nerve injury,infection,scar,hair loss,parotid gland injury,ear deformity and irregular contour.The purpose of this article was to review the causes,therapeutic principles and preventive measures of the above complications,according to the latest research progress.
