摘要
目的研究分析改良三点重睑术用于上睑皮肤松弛患者治疗中的效果。方法搜集我院收治的80例上睑皮肤松弛患者,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组40例:传统切开重睑术,观察组40例:改良三点式重睑术,对比不同方法疗效。结果观察组术后恢复时间、并发症发生率少于对照组(P <0.05),观察组的术后Ⅰ期愈合率、术后满意率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对上睑皮肤松弛患者,临床应用改良三点式重睑术,安全可靠,可促患者术后早日恢复,值得应用。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of modified three point double eyelid surgery in the treatment of patients with upper eyelid skin laxity.Methods 80 cases of upper eyelid skin relaxation were collected and divided into two groups according to random number method.40 cases in the control group were treated with traditional double eyelid incision and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with modified three-point double eyelid operation.Results The recovery time and complication rate of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first-stage healing rate and satisfaction rate of the obserith upper eyelid skin relaxation.Conclusion It can promote the early recovery of patients after operation and is worthy of application.
