摘要
目的探讨早期口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)患者体重指数(body massindex,BMI)与其颈淋巴结转移的关系。方法回顾性分析292例早期OSCC患者的病历资料,收集患者身高、体重、术后病理等资料,按照体重指数公式计算患者BMI数值,并且分为转移组和非转移组。结果转移组(n=130)BMI均值21.74±3.42,非转移组(n=162)BMI均值22.57±3.15,转移组OSCC患者的BMI均值低于非转移组,P=0.031,差异有统计学意义。Logistic回归分析表明BMI是早期OSCC患者颈淋巴结转移的独立危险因素,P=0.033,OR=0.922。结论 BMI是早期OSCC患者颈淋巴结转移的独立危险因素,低BMI的早期OSCC患者发生颈淋巴结转移的危险性更高。
Objective To investigate the correlation between body mass index(BMI)and cervical lymph node metastasis in patients with early stage oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC).Methods The medical records of 292 patients with early stage OSCC were retrospectively analyzed.The height,weight,and postoperative pathology and other data of early stage OSCC patients were collected.The BMI values were calculated according to the BMI formula.The patients were divided into metastasis group and non-metastasis group.Results The mean of BMI was 21.74±3.42,in the metastasis group(n=130),and the mean of BMI was 22.57±3.15,in the non-metastasis group(n=162).The mean of BMI in the metastasis group of the OSCC patients was lower than that in the nonmetastasis group,P=0.031,the difference was statistically significant.Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI was an independent risk factor for cervical lymph node metastasis in early stage OSCC patients,P=0.033,OR=0.922.Conclusion BMI is an independent risk factor for cervical lymph node metastasis in early stage OSCC patients,and early stage OSCC patients with low BMI have a higher risk of cervical lymph node metastasis.
