摘要
党的十九大报告中对于职业教育的重视,充分体现了当今新时代背景下,职业教育的重要地位,作为中职教师如何充分利用改进教育、教学方式,让中职生通过掌握专业技能完成基本教学任务,毕业后能服务社会。这需要职业教育工作者思考和研究目前生源情况,改革教育、教学方式,因材施教、因人而异的充分挖掘的每一名学生的潜能,关注每一名学生的能力、气质、性格,从而激发学生自身的积极性,进而创造适合每个学生的教育。
The 19^th CPC National Congress report emphasizes the importance of vocational education,which fully reflects the vital role vocational education is playing under the background of new times nowadays.As a secondary vocational teacher,how to improve the teaching method ensuring vocational students complete the basic studying tasks and acquire professional skills and ultimately making them capable of serving the society after graduation,it requires vocational teachers to study students’source quality,on the basis of which reform the education and teaching method,explore each student’s potential depending on their ability,personality and characters.And thus stimulate the enthusiasm of students themselves,and then make the education suitable for each student.
