摘要
目的探讨观察口腔溃疡防护剂(利膜平)对放疗所致口腔溃疡的疗效。方法选择80例鼻咽癌和口咽癌患者为研究对象,分为研究组和对照组,每组随机抽取40例。两组患者均进行适形调强放射治疗,放疗期间行同期化疗。研究组在此基础上在放疗第1天开始给予口腔溃疡防护剂含漱,对照组则给予重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液(I)含漱。观察两种含漱液对口腔溃疡的治疗疗效。结果研究组口腔溃疡较对照组发生时间延长且程度较低,治疗疗效明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔溃疡防护剂在放疗所致口腔溃疡的疗效比重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液(I)疗效更好;口腔溃疡防护剂可以促进放疗所致口腔溃疡的修复,减轻放疗中发生口腔溃疡的患者的反应,具有重要的临床价值。
Objective To study the effect of protectant of oral ulcer(Limoping liquid)on the treatment of radiogenic oral ulcer.Methods 80 cases with nasopharyngeal cancer and oropharyngeal cancer were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The two groups received intensity modulated radiation therapy(IMRT)and chemotherapy.Treated with protectant of oral ulcer at the begin of radiotherapy,the control group was treated with recombinant human epidennal growth factor(rhEGF).We observed the curative effect of the two mouthwash fluids in radiogenic orallulcer.The time of oral ulcer in the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and had a few phases.The effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The Results show that the effect of protectant of oral ulcer was higher than rhEGF in the treatment of radiogenic oral ulcer.Protectant of oral ulcer can promote the repairing of radiogenic oral ulcer,and reduce the reaction of radiogenic oral ulcer.It provides useful information for the futher clinical therapy.
