摘要
主要针对丙酮氰醇装置运行中催化剂、稳定剂消耗偏高及反应器pH值异常等问题,根据氢氰酸原料中醋酸含量的高低,从物理化学性质对其进行全面分析,确定了醋酸含量对丙酮氰醇装置运行产生的影响。
In this paper,the problems on high consumption of catalyst and stabilizer and abnormal pH value of reactor in operation of acetone cyanohydrin unit were discussed.According to the content of acetic acid in raw materials of hydrocyanic acid,the influence of acetic acid content on operation of acetone cyanohydric alcohol unit was determined.
