摘要
目的探讨与分析艾滋病合并肝脓肿患者采用超声引导下介入方法进行治疗的效果。方法从本院2017年2月～2018年2月期间内接收的艾滋病合并肝脓肿患者中,随机抽取38例患者,将其进行奇偶排序,19例奇数患者作为观察组,采用超声引导下介入治疗,19例偶数患者作为对照组,对照组患者采用开腹脓肿引流术进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗后临床症状改善情况、并发症发生情况以及复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(χ2=30.309,P=0.000);观察组治疗后疼痛缓解时间、脓肿消失时间、体温恢复时间均低于对照组;观察组治疗后并发症发生率(5.26%)、复发率(10.52%)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论超声引导下介入治疗有效的缓解了艾滋病合并肝脓肿患者的临床症状,对于脓液的清除较为彻底,并且有效的降低了患者并发症发生的几率以及复发几率,临床价值较高,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of ultrasound-guided interventional therapy in treatment of AIDS complicated with liver abscess.Methods Thirty-eight patients with AIDS complicated with liver abscess who were admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected.According to odd-even sequencing,19 odd-numbered patients treated with ultrasound-guided interventional therapy were set as the observation group and 19 even-numbered patients treated with open abscess drainage were set as the control group.The curative effect,improvement of clinical symptoms after treatment,occurrence of complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(χ2=30.309,P=0.000).The time of pain relief,abscess disappearance and body temperature recovery in the observation group was lower than those in the control group.The complication rate(5.26%)and recurrence rate(10.52%)after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided interventional therapy can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of AIDS patients complicated with liver abcess,more thoroughly remove the pus and effectively reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence of patients.It has higher clinical value,which is worthy of promotion.
