摘要
合理规划、确定河道湖泊岸线,对沿岸市县经济社会发展、河流湖泊生态健康和防洪安全具有重要意义。以黑河干流张掖市甘州区段为例,详细论述了河道岸线利用管理规划研究解决的相关问题,提出了中小河流岸线控制线的划定原则和临水控制线、外缘控制线确定方法,对其他中小河流开发利用、保护管理具有借鉴意义。
Rational planning and defining shorelines for river courses and lakes are of great significance to social and economic development, river and lake health and flood safety. Taking Ganzhou section in mainstream of the Heihe River in Zhangye City as an example, detailed discussions are made on relevant issues concerning river course shoreline development, management and planning. The methods for defining control lines of small and medium river shorelines, as well as riverside and far shoreline are worked out, in order to provide reference to development, protection and management of small and medium rivers.
