摘要
在宜兴煤业2~#与2_下~#近距离煤层开采地质条件基础上,对上位2~#煤层开采后遗留煤柱集中应力影响下,2_下~#煤层工作面回采巷道布置进行了理论计算和数值模拟分析。结果表明,内错4~6m布置较为合理。2_下~#煤层1201-2工作面上下平巷的现场实测结果表明,内错5m布置时,顶底板移近量182mm,两帮移近量147mm,巷道未出现强烈的矿压显现,围岩变形量较小,支护效果较好。综合考虑安全性及回采率等因素,宜兴煤业2_下~#煤层工作面回采巷道内错4~6m布置较为合理。
Based on the mining geological conditions of the2^#and2^#L coal seams with closed distance in Yixing Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation analysis were conducted to research the gateway layout of2^#L coal work face under the influence of the concentrated stress caused by remaining pillars after the mining of2^#coal seam in the upper level.The results showed that the inner dislocation layout with4~6m of the gateway was reasonable.The field test results of the two gateways of1201-2work face in2^#L coal seam showed that when the inner dislocation layout was with5m,the convergence between the roof and floor would be182mm and the convergence between the two sidewalls would be147mm.None strong mining pressures appeared in gateway after mining,surrounding rock deformation was less and support effect was favorable.Taking safety,mining rate and other factors into consideration,the inner dislocation layout with4~6m of the gateway in the2#L seam would be rational.
