摘要
目的探讨延伸护理对居家腹膜透析患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2014年6月—2017年6月居家腹膜透析患者90例以数字表法分组。对照组进行常规护理,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施延伸护理。比较效果。结果实验组居家腹膜透析治疗依从性高于对照组,(χ~2=7.845、7.845、7.845、8.244、8.244、8.244、7.124、7.124、7.124、7.124、7.124,P<0.05);分组后实验组ESCA自我护理能力量表总分、SF-36生活质量评分(117.24±4.71)分、(95.15±3.59)分优于对照组100.14±6.29)分、(80.21±3.94)分(t=6.912,7.522,P<0.05);实验组腹膜炎、导管出口处感染等并发症发生率2例(4.17%)]低于对照组7例(16.67%)(χ~2=3.889,P<0.05)。结论延伸护理在居家腹膜透析患者中的实施效果确切。
Objective To study the effect of extended nursing on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with peritoneal dialysis at home.Methods From June 2014 to June 2017 90 cases of patients with peritoneal dialysis at home were convenient selected,the control group used the routine nursing,while the experimental group used the extended nursing on the basis of the control group,and the effect was compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance of peritoneal dialysis at home in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(χ^2=7.845,7.845,7.845,8.244,8.244,8.244,7.124,7.124,7.124,7.124,7.124,P﹤0.05);and the total score of ESCA self-nursing ability scale,SF-36 quality of life score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group[(117.24±4.71)points,(95.15±3.59)points vs(100.14±6.29)points,(80.21±3.94)points](t=6.912,7.522,P﹤0.05),and the incidence rate of complications such as peritonitis and catheter outlet infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group[2cases(4.17%)vs 7cases(16.67%),(χ^2=3.889,P﹤0.05)].Conclusion The implementation effect of extended nursing in patients with peritoneal dialysis at home is definite.
