摘要
目的分析开放式胃癌根治术治疗胃癌患者的临床效果及并发症率。方法方便选取该院在2013年11月—2015年11月份收治60例胃癌患者,通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别划分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予腹腔镜治疗,观察组则行开放式胃癌根治术。对比分析两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、并发症的发生情况等情况。结果观察组患者的住院时间(13.9±1.6)d与手术时间(198.1±30.4)min都少于对照组(t=9.274 5,P=0.000 0;t=8.344 0,P=0.000 0),观察组的并发症发生几率13%低于对照组40%(χ~2=5.454 5,P=0.019 5)。结论开放式胃癌根治术治疗胃癌患者的临床效果更好,减少住院时间以及手术时间,提高患者满意度,在手术安全性方面具有很大优势,适合临床上的进一步推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and complication rate of open radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in treatment of gastric cancer patients.Methods 60 cases of patients with gastric cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the observation group were treated with open radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer,while the control group were treated with laparoscope,and the operation time,length of stay,occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The length of stay and operation time in the observation group were respectively(13.9±1.6)d and(198.1±30.4)min,which were lower than those in the control group(t=9.274 5,P=0.000 0;t=8.344 0,P=0.000 0),and the occurrence probability of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group 13%vs 40%(χ^2=5.454 5,P=0.019 5).Conclusion The clinical effect of open radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in treatment of gastric cancer patients is better,which can reduce the length of stay and operation time,and improve the satisfactory degree,and it has a greater advantage in the operation safety,and it is suitable for further promotion in clinic.
