摘要
现如今越来越多的事业单位参照公务员结构化面试的方式进行公开招聘和内部竞聘以达到有效选取候选人的目的。但由于缺少统一的规范与指导,事业单位结构化面试的可信度与有效性高低受到人们的质疑,本文以F单位为研究对象,将项目管理中的风险定量分析法应用于结构化面试方案的改进,尽可能的规避项目风险,形成一套可行的结构性面试体系。
At present,as a reference,the structural interview schemes for employing civil servants have been adopted by more and more public institutions for open recruitment and internal competitive selection to achieve the purpose of effective selection of candidates.However,due to the lack of unified standards and guidance,the credibility and effectiveness of structural interview in public institutions have been questioned.This study takes F units as the research object,and applies the risk quantitative analysis method of the project management on the improvement of structural interview scheme,as far as possible to avoid the project risk and to form a set of feasible structural interview system.
