摘要
中央苏区苏维埃政府是廉洁政治最坚定的实践者,为遏制腐败现象,中央苏区通过思想上加强教育,政治上发扬民主,经济上建立财政审计制度,制度上加强立法、监督,职能上采取政企分离等具体措施,初步探索出一套卓有成效的反腐倡廉建设经验。通过考察中央苏区反腐倡廉建设的逻辑演进和具体策略实施,能够为展望中国特色社会主义反腐倡廉建设道路提供全方位视野,为当今政治生态净化,形成风清气正社会环境提供历史启示。
The Soviet union in the central Soviet area is the strongest practitioners of clean politics,in order to curb corruption,the central Soviet area initially explored a set of effective experience in anti-corruption and building a clean government by strengthening education in ideology,promoting democracy in politics,establishing financial audit system in economy,strengthening legislation and supervision in system,and separating government from enterprise in function.By investigating the logical evolution and concrete strategy implementation of anti-corruption and building a clean government in the central Soviet area,it can provide a comprehensive vision for the road of anti-corruption and building a clean government in socialism with Chinese characteristics,and provide historical inspiration for the current political ecological purification and the formation of a clean and positive social environment.
