摘要
本文主要介绍了基于西门子S7-200型PLC及组态王设计的液体自动灌装控制系统。此系统包括自动控制和手动控制两种模式,能够完成空瓶的清洗、液体的灌装、封盖、产品包装、产品检测等一系列的功能,形成可连续快速生产的液体自动灌装系统。此外,本系统设计有急停按钮,能够解决系统运行时可能出现的意外故障带来的安全问题。通过组态王软件实现对整个液体自动灌装系统的监控。
This paper mainly introduces the liquid automatic filling control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC and HMI design.The system includes two modes:automatic control and manual control.It can complete a series of functions such as empty bottle cleaning,liquid filling,capping,product packaging,product testing,etc.,forming a liquid automatic filling system that can be continuously and quickly produced.In addition,the system is designed with an emergency stop button to solve the safety problems caused by unexpected failures during system operation.Remove defective products by robotic device.Monitoring of the entire liquid automatic filling system is carried out via Siemens SIMATIC HMI.
