摘要
为了研究橡胶沥青碎石下封层对提高层间连接性能起到的效果,基于干线公路沥青路面下封层技术应用后的路面状况和钻芯取样调研资料,提出了层间连接效果指数来评价橡胶沥青碎石下封层和其他层间处治技术的实施效果,并通过室内层间剪切试验,得到橡胶沥青碎石下封层和其他层间处治技术的层间摩擦系数及抗剪强度。综合实际路面下封层应用效果评估和室内试验评估结果,明确了橡胶沥青碎石下封层相比于其他层间处治技术在层间连接性能上的优势。
In order to study the effect of rubber-asphalt macadam lower sealing layer on improving the inter-layer connection performance.Based on the pavement condition and the survey data of drilling core sampling after the application of the lower sealing technology of asphalt pavement on main highways,this paper puts forward the effect index of interlaminar connecting to evaluate the implementation effect of the lower sealing technology of rubber-asphalt macadam and other interlaminar treating technologies.The interlaminar friction coefficient and shear strength of rubber-asphalt macadam lower sealing layer and other interlaminar treatment technologies were obtained by laboratory interlaminar shear test.Based on the evaluation of the application effect of the lower sealing layer of pavement and the results of laboratory tests,the advantages of the lower sealing layer of rubber-asphalt macadam compared with other inter-layer treatment technologies in the interlaminar connection performance are clarified.
