摘要
针对车辆换挡过程中出现的换挡冲击问题,以某款湿式双离合器液压控制系统为研究对象,运用Simulink仿真软件建立液压系统仿真模型,获得双离合器压力动态响应特性。研究表明,双离合器液压控制系统元件参数对系统压力动态特性有直接影响,合理减小比例压力控制阀出口可控容积、减小阀芯质量和增大离合器活塞面积可降低压力动态响应超调量。
Aiming at the shifting shock problem occurred during gear shifting of a vehicle,a wet dual clutch hydraulic control system is taken as the research object.The hydraulic system simulation model is established by Simulink simulation software to get the dynamic response characteristics of the dual clutch.The research shows that the parameters of the dual clutch hydraulic control system have a direct impact on the dynamic characteristics of the pressure.Reducing the controllable volume at the outlet of the proportional pressure control valve,reducing the weight of the spool and increasing the clutch piston diameter can decrease the dynamic pressure response overshoot.
