摘要
基于生命周期评价(LCA)理念和方法进行铅酸蓄电池行业清洁生产审核研究,对湖北某铅酸蓄电池企业进行了清洁生产审核。采用生命周期评价Gabi5软件提供的CML2001Dec07评价方法,进行清单计算与分析,得出总装化成阶段所产生的环境影响最大,由此确立该企业审核重点并制定两条清洁生产方案。
Based on the LCA concept and method to quantify the environmental emissions at various stages of the production process of a lead-acid storage battery enterprise in Hubei. The CML2001Dec07 evaluation method provided by Gabi5 software is used to calculate and analyze the inventory, and the environmental impact caused by the final assembly stage is obtained. The results show that the environmental impact of the final assembly phase is the largest, thus establishing the audit focus of the enterprise and developing two clean production plans.
