摘要
公立医院药物临床试验项目经费管理存在项目报价流程和标准不统一、管理制度更新不及时、劳务费发放不合理、垫款归还不及时等问题,项目经费超支严重。对此,应强化项目经费监管,防范经济风险,保障公立医院临床试验项目健康发展。
The fund management of drug clinical trial projects in public hospitals has problems such as inconsistent project quotation process and standards,untimely management system update,unreasonable payment of labor costs,and unsatisfactory repayment of advances.In this regard,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision of project funds,prevent economic risks,and ensure the healthy development of clinical trial projects in public hospitals.
