摘要
虚劳(重症迁延期)是以脏腑阴阳气血亏虚为基本病机的重症非急性期疾病,临床治疗以补益为基本原则,但强调整体观念,注重扶正与祛邪。笔者临床实践中对虚劳(重症迁延期)扶正与祛邪的运用有了较为深入的体会。
Consumptive disease(severe persistent period)is a severe non-acute disease with viscera,Yin and Yang deficiency and blood deficiency as the basic pathogenesis.The clinical treatment is based on the principle of replenishment,but emphasizes the overall concept and pays attention to strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil.In clinical practice,a deeper understanding of it has developed in the process of consumptive disease(severe persistent period).
