64例慢性粒细胞白血病患儿细胞遗传学分析

摘要 目的分析慢性粒细胞白血病(chronic myelocytic leukemia,CML)患儿染色体异常核型的发生率。方法对患儿骨髓进行培养、细胞收获、制片及R显带,染色体工作站下进行核型分析。结果 64例CML患儿中,检出Ph(-)4例(6.3%);Ph(+)染色体60例(93.7%)。60例Ph(+)染色体患儿中,Ph(+)细胞比例为100%的患儿46例(76.7%),Ph(+)细胞比例为45%-96%的患儿10例(16.7%),Ph(+)细胞比例为20-45%患儿4例(6.7%)。结论对CML患儿进行染色体核型分析,可对患儿病情有进一步的了解,同时为疾病的早期诊断、治疗提供科学依据并判断预后。 Objective To analyze the incidence of chromosomal abnormal karyotype in children with chronic myeloid leukemia.Methods Bone marrow culture,cell harvesting,production and R banding were performed in children,and karyotype analysis was performed under chromosome workstation.Results In 64 children with CML,4 cases(6.3%)were detected and 60 cases(93.7%)of Ph(+)chromosome were found,and they were found in the chronic period of disease development,the period of disease acceleration and the period of rapid disease.In 60 children with Ph(+)chromosome,46 cases(76.7%)were children with Ph(+)cell ratio of 100%,10 cases(16.7%)with Ph(+)cell ratio from 45%to 96%,and 4 cases(6.7%)with Ph(+)cells ratio from 20%to 45%.Conclusion The karyotype analysis of children with CML can further understand the condition of the children,and provide scientific basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of the disease and judge the prognosis.
