摘要
为贯彻基于BIM技术的高速铁路40 m简支梁设计-建造-运维全生命周期管理理念,本文立足设计,从面向装配化的模型结构分解、精细化BIM模型构建和BIM设计交底系统3个方面探索了BIM技术在40 m简支梁设计中的应用,形成了主梁、支座和附属设施3大组成部分的架构分解,定义了设计信息。同时,进行了参数化建模,并构建了简支梁标准产品库,实现了钢筋大样图输出,优化了二维设计。开展了BIM设计交底系统原型设计及研发,丰富了设计交底表达方式。研究成果可为40 m梁制造、运输、架设及运养维护关键信息的创建、管理和共享奠定基础,也可为同类型简支梁BIM技术应用提供借鉴。
In order to implement the concept of design,construction,operation and life cycle management with BIM of 40m simply supported girder for high speed railway,the application of BIM technology from three aspects were explored in this paper,including the structural decomposition of assembly oriented models,the established of ref ined BIM model,the design submission system of BIM.The architectural decomposition of the main girder,support and ancillary facilities was formed,and the design information was defined.At the same time,the parametric modelling and standard product library of simply supported girder were conducted,the output of the steel bar diagram was realized and the two-dimensional design was optimized.The prototype design and development of BIM design submission system had been carried out,which enriched the way of design submission expression.The research results can lay a foundation for the establishment,management and sharing of key information in the manufacture,transportation,erection,operation and maintenance of 40m girder,and also provide a reference for the application of BIM technology in the same type of simply supported girder.
