摘要
以9例患有单侧功能性踝关节不稳(FAI)的体育学院男学生为研究对象,采用Zebris足底压力测量系统,研究两种速度下FAI步态参数差异,建立功能性踝关节不稳者评价体系.用SPSS非参数检验常速与慢速行走的受伤侧、非受伤侧、双侧的步态参数并进行分析.研究发现:未受伤侧均对受伤侧有代偿作用,双侧行走时的步宽在两种行走速度中与受伤时均有较大差异.
Nine male students of physical education college with unilateral functional ankle instability(FAI)were studied.The difference of gait parameters of FAI at two speeds was studied by using Zebris plantar pressure measurement system,and the evaluation system of functional ankle instability was established.The gait parameters of injured side,non-injured side and bilateral side of constant and slow walking were tested and analyzed by SPSS.It is found that the uninjured side has compensatory effect on the injured side,and the walking width of the two sides is different from that of the injured side in the two kinds of walking speeds.
