摘要
目的:观察分析银菊痔疮洗剂不同用药频率对痔术后相关并发症效果。方法:选取82例痔手术患者随机分为A、B组,A组患者术后予银菊痔洗剂2次/天熏洗,B组患者术后予银菊痔洗剂1次/天熏洗,比较两组患者术后3、7、14天出血、水肿、疼痛、渗出评分,创面愈合时间、住院时间。结果:术后3天两组患者出血、水肿、疼痛、渗出评分差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),术后7、14天两组患者出血、水肿、疼痛、渗出评分均呈现下降趋势,且术后7、14天A组患者出血、水肿、疼痛、渗出评分均显著低于B组,A组患者创面愈合时间、住院时间较B组显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:痔术后患者2次/天银菊痔疮洗剂熏洗疗效更好。
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of different daily defined doses(DDDS)of Yinju Zhichuang lotion on postoperative related complications related to hemorrhoids.Methods:82 cases of selected postoperative patients with hemorrhoids were randomly divided into A and B group.After surgery,A group was fumigated and washed with Yinju Zhichuang lotion,2 times/d,while B group 1 time/d.On the 3rd,7th and 14th days after surgery,the scores of bleeding,edema,pain and exudation as well as the wound healing time and hospitalization time were compared between two groups.Results:On the 3rd day after surgery,in the scores of bleeding,edema,pain and exudation of patients,the difference between two groups was notstatistically significant(P >0.05).On the 7th and 14th day after surgery,the scores of bleeding,edema,pain and exudation of patients in both groups showed a downward trend;and the scores of bleeding,edema,pain and exudation of patients in A group were significantly lower than those in group B;the time of wound healing and the time of hospitalization of patients in A group were significantly shorter than thatin B group;the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For postoperative patients with hemorrhoids,the effect of fumigatiion and washing of 2 times/d with Yinju Zhichuang lotion is better than that of 1 time/day.
