摘要
目的探讨TWSG1蛋白在颌面骨纤维异常增殖症患者组织中表达及其与临床特征的相关性。方法以本院2010年4月~2013年7月收治的颌面骨纤维异常增殖症患者44例为病例组,同期选择口腔科外伤10例正常新鲜颌骨骨折患者作为对照组,酶联免疫吸附法、免疫组化法测定TWSG1蛋白的表达,分析TWSG1蛋白在各组中的表达水平及其与颌面骨纤维异常增殖症患者临床特征(性别、影像CT分类、年龄、病变部位、术后复发)的相关性。结果病例组与对照组的性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒分布及BMI、收缩压、舒张压水平相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);病例组TWSG1蛋白水平表达水平为(146.98±15.14)ng/g,高于对照组(19.87±9.76)ng/g (t=25.281,P<0.01);病例组TWSG1蛋白阳性率为81.8%,明显高于对照组的10.0%(χ~2=19.483,P<0.01);TWSG1蛋白表达与性别、影像CT分类相关性不明显(χ~2=0.081、2.546,P>0.05);与年龄、病变部位、术后复发相关性明显,年龄<20岁、病变部位为多骨型,TWSG1蛋白阳性表达率越高(χ~2=6.210、7.283,P<0.05);术后有复发颌面骨纤维异常增殖症患者其TWSG1阳性表达率为92.8%,高于术后未复发者TWSG1阳性表达率(62.5%)(χ~2=6.308,P<0.05)。结论TWSG1与颌面骨纤维异常增殖症的进展预后密切相关,其机制可能与TWSG1促进成骨细胞分化有关,TWSG1可能成为颌面骨纤维异常增殖症治疗的分子靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression of TWSG1 protein in tissues of patients with maxillofacial fibrous dysplasia and its correlation with clinical features.Methods A total of 44 cases of maxillofacial fibrous dysplasia from April 2010 to July 2013 in our hospital were included in the case group.Ten patients with normal fresh jaw fractures who underwent stomatological trauma were selected as control group in the same period.The expression of TWSG1 protein was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemistry.And the expression of TWSG1 protein in each group and its correlation with the clinical features of maxillofacial fibrous dysplasia(sex,CT classification,age,lesion location,postoperative recurrence)was analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in gender,age,smoking,alcohol consumption distribution,BMI,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the case group and the control group(P >0.05).The expression level of TWSG1 protein in the case group was(146.98±15.14)ng/g,which was higher than that(19.87±9.76)ng/g of the control group(t=25.281,P<0.01).The positive rate of TWSG1 protein in the case group was 81.8%,which was higher than that of the control group(10.0%)(χ^2=19.483,P<0.01).TWSG1 protein expression was not significantly correlated with gender and imaging CT classification(χ^2=0.081,2.546,P >0.05),while was significantly correlated with age,lesion location,postoperative recurrence.When the age was less than 20 years old,and lesion location was multi-bone type,the positive rate TWSG1 protein expression was higher(χ^2=6.210,7.283,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of TWSG1 was 92.8%in patients with postoperatively recurrent maxillofacial fibrous dysplasia,which was higher than that of patients who had no recurrence after surgery(62.5%)(χ^2=6.308,P<0.05).Conclusion TWSG1 is closely related to the prognosis of maxillofacial fibrous dysplasia,and its mechanism may be related to the promotion of osteoblast differentiation by TWSG1.TWSG1 may become a
