几种增塑剂对发泡PVC拉伸性能和微观结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了环氧大豆油(ESO)、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)、对苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOTP)、乙酰环氧化植物油酸甘油酯(HM-828)、乙酰环氧植物油酸醇酯(HM-018)对PVC发泡材料的拉伸性能、泡孔结构、发泡倍率和析出性能的影响。HM-828与PVC相容性良好、碳酸钙与基体界面结合力比较理想,拉伸强度2.4 MPa、断裂伸长率达到26.2%;采用DOP和DOTP增塑的PVC泡孔大小不均匀、碳酸钙与基体界面结合力差。HM-828和HM-018增塑PVC的泡孔较均匀,与PVC的相容性较好,存放90 d无析出。ESO增塑PVC的泡孔均匀,但其与PVC的相容性较差,存放90 d出现严重析出。 We studied the effects of epoxidized soybean oil(ESO),dioctyl phthalate(DOP),dioctyl terephthalate(DOTP),acetyl epoxidized glyceryl oleate(HM-828),acetyl epoxidized oleic acid ester(HM-018)as different plasticizers on the tensile properties,foam cell structures,foam expansion ratios,and precipitation performances of the foamed PVC samples.The following findings were achieved.The tensile strength of the foamed PVC sample plasticized by HM-828 is 2.4 MPa and the elongation at break reached up to 26.2%,which was characterized with a good bonding force between calcium carbonate and the matrix due to the good compatibility between HM-828 and PVC.The cell of the foamed PVC samples plasticized with DOP and DOTP were not uniform,which was characterized with a poor performance,a poor interface adhesion of calcium carbonate to the matrix.The foamed PVC samples plasticized by HM-828 and HM-018 had a good cell uniformity,with no precipitation after 90 days storage due to their good compatibility with the two plasticizers The cell structure of the ESO plasticized PVC sample was uniform,while a serious precipitation was found out after 90 days storage due to its poor compatibility with this plasticizer.
