摘要
研究发现采用带蒸馏装置的氨氮自动分析仪批量化测定污水中氨氮,在0.00~8.00 mg/L测量范围内线性良好,相应的检出限为0.010 mg/L,在批量化测定样品时相对标准偏差为0.23%~2.01%,加标回收率为94.0%~102.0%。该方法的精密度和准确度均能有效地满足污水中氨氮的测定要求。
The ammonia nitrogen in sewage was batch determined by ammonia nitrogen analyzer with distillation unit, the results showed that the method had good linearity in the measurement range of 0.00~8.00 mg/L, and the corresponding detection limit was 0.010 mg/L. The relative standard deviation of the samples was 0.23%~2.01%, and the recoveries were 94.0%~102.0%. The precision and accuracy of the method can effectively meet the requirements of ammonia nitrogen determination in wastewater.
