摘要
高校科研团队是承接国家各类科研项目的主力军,然而高校科研团队在运行中出现一系列问题,影响科研工作有效开展。高校科研团队成员是高素质人力资本,具备人力资本的基本特性,只能运用"利润分享"手段进行协调。因此,从"利润分享"视角对高校科研团队成员治理进行研究。运用利润分享理论、人力资本理论、委托代理理论,通过数理模型分析了高校科研团队负责人参与"利润分享"的份额安排,指出当负责人与成员谈判达到均衡条件时,负责人能最大限度激发成员的科研积极性,促进科研目标顺利实现。最后从薪酬、组织和精神三个"利润分享"维度提出了激励团队成员努力做好科研的对策建议。
The scientific research teams of universities have become the main force to undertake various kinds of scientific research projects in the country.There are a series of problems in the operation of scientific research teams in universities,which affect the effective development of scientific research.The scientific research team members are high quality human capital,who have the basic characteristics of human capital and can only be coordinated by the“profit sharing”means.Therefore,this paper studies the governance of university research team members from the perspective of“profit sharing”.With profit sharing theory,human capital theory and principal agent theory,this paper analyzes the share arrangement of the leaders of the scientific research teams in the“profit sharing”through mathematical model and points out that when the leader and the members negotiate to reach the equilibrium condition,the leader will stimulate the enthusiasm of the members of the scientific research teams and promote the realization of the scientific research goal.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to motivate the team members to make efforts in research from three aspects of salary,organization and spirit,which are the three dimensions of“profit sharing”.
