摘要
伺服液压缸要求具有低摩擦、高动态响应、低速无爬行等特性,普通接触型动密封伺服液压缸中密封件导向件的选用是关键因素之一。该文分析了伺服液压缸低速爬行原因,指出了克服爬行的措施,介绍了一种无油润滑导向件——DU套,搭建DU套伺服液压缸低速特性实验台,进行了直驱式泵控和伺服阀控两种低速实验,验证了DU套伺服液压缸良好的低速稳定性。
Hydraulic servo cylinder must have low firction,high dynamic response and no crawling characteristics.For ordinary contact dynamic sealing hydraulic servo cylinders,selection of seal guides was one of the key factors.This paper analyzed the causes of hydraulic servo cylinder crawling at low speed,pointed out the measures to overcome crawling,introduced an oil-free guide part--DU sleeve,set up DU sleeve hydraulic servo cylinder low speed characteristic test bench,carried out direct drive pump control and servo valve control experiments,verified the good low speed stability of DU sleeve hydraulic servo cylinder.
