摘要
以山西太岳山一、二代华北落叶松(Larix principis-rupprechtii)人工林为对象,研究连作对华北落叶松人工林表层土壤磷形态的影响。结果表明:连作对土壤全磷质量分数无显著影响;连作显著降低了树脂提取态磷(Resin-Pi)、碳酸氢钠提取态无机磷(Na HCO_3-Pi)、有机磷(Na HCO_3-Po)和氢氧化钠提取态有机磷(Na OH-Po)的质量分数;稳定态磷和闭蓄态磷(Residual-P)对连作的响应不敏感。土壤有机碳、土壤水分、土壤微生物磷和酸性磷酸酶活性与土壤磷显著相关(P<0.05)。土壤有机碳、土壤水分、土壤微生物以及酸性磷酸酶活性的降低是导致土壤磷有效性下降的原因。
We studied the responses of surface soil P fractions to successive crops in a Larix principis-rupprechtii plantation.The result showed that soil total P content did not differ between the L.principis-rupprechtii crop rotations in surface soil layers.Successive L.principis-rupprechtii cultivation significantly reduced the contents of Resin-Pi,NaHCO3-Po,NaOH-Pi and NaOH-Po,but non-available P and Residual-P content were not sensitive to successive L.principis-rupprechtii cultivation.By correlation analysis,the soil organic carbon,soil moisture content,microbial biomass phosphorus and acid phosphatase activities were significantly correlated with soil phosphorus fractions(P<0.05).The decline of soil organic carbon,soil moisture content,soil microbial biomass and acid phosphatase activity after successive L.principis-rupprechtii cultivation may be the reason for the decrease of soil phosphorus availability.
