摘要
针对功率因数校正变换器的电路结构含有低频整流桥导致效率很低的问题,Boost PFC变换器只能升压不能降压的特点,提出一种无桥Cuk PFC变换器,可以将高电压转换为低电压,并提高变换器的功率因数。针对变换器在输入电压的扰动抑制能力差、动态响应速度慢等问题,提出单周期控制方法提高变换器抑制输入扰动和动态响应速度。介绍了单周期控制的无桥Cuk PFC变换器控制方程推导和控制电路的设计,使用MATLAB/Simulink对变换器运行过程进行仿真,从结果可以看出单周期控制方法的无桥Cuk PFC变换器能够实现良好的功率因数校正,减少变换器的损耗,实现良好的电源干扰抑制。
For the power factor correction converter circuit structure contains low-frequency rectifier bridge causing the problem of low efficiency,Boost PFC converter can only boost the pressure but can not step down,the proposed bridgeless Cuk PFC converter can convert high voltage to low voltage and increase converter power factor.Aiming at the problem that the converter′s ability to suppress the input voltage is poor and the dynamic response speed is slow,a single-cycle control method is proposed to improve the converter′s ability to suppress the input disturbance and the dynamic response speed.This paper introduces the derivation of the control equation for the single-cycle control of the bridgeless Cuk PFC converter and the design of the control circuit.Using MATLAB/Simulink to simulate the operation of the converter,the results show that the single-cycle control method of the bridgeless Cuk PFC converter can achieve good power factor correction,reduce the loss of the converter,and achieve good power supply interference suppression.
