摘要
目的:探讨鲑鱼降钙素联合唑来膦酸注射液和单纯阿仑膦酸钠治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症的临床应用效果。方法:选取我院于2015年4月-2017年4月间收治的60例老年原发性骨质疏松症患者,按照随机数字法分为两组,对照组30例予以阿仑膦酸钠治疗,研究组30例予以鲑鱼降钙素联合唑来膦酸注射液治疗。比较两组患者疼痛情况、骨密度情况、生活质量以及不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者干预前、干预6个月、干预12个月时疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),研究组干预1个月时疼痛评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者干预前骨密度比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),研究组干预12个月时研究组骨密度显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者干预前生命质量SF-12量表各维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后两组生命质量SF-12量表各维度评分均显著升高,且研究组高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率(10.00%)显著低于对照组(30.00%)(P <0.05)。结论:鲑鱼降钙素联合唑来膦酸注射液治疗老年原发性骨质疏松症疗效确切,安全性较高,可显著改善患者生命质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Salmon calcitonin combined with Zoledronic Acid injection and Alendronate sodium in the treatment of senile primary osteoporosis.Methods:From April 2015 to April 2017,60 elderly patients with primary osteoporosis were selected and divided into two groups according to random number method.30 patients in the control group were treated with alendronate.30 cases in the study group were treated with salmon calcitonin combined with zoledronic acid injection.Pain,bone mineral density,quality of life and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before intervention,6 months before intervention and 12 months before intervention(P >0.05),and pain scores in the study group after 1 month intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in BMD before intervention between the two groups(P >0.05),and BMD in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 12 months of intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the life quality sf-12 scale before intervention between the two groups(P >0.05),and the life quality sf-12 scale was significantly increased in both groups after intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(10.00%)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salmon calcitonin combined with Zoledronic Acid injection and Alendronate sodium had accurate curative effect in the treatment of senile primary osteoporosis,the safety was high,and the quality of life of the patients could be improved significantly.
