摘要 应用扩展Assur杆组的变胞机构组成原理,组成2自由度2环路变胞机构,并用CATIA建立其三维模型,导入ADAMS中进行该变胞机构的两个构态的动力学仿真。根据仿真结果曲线对比分析两个构态下主要构件的运动情况。该变胞机构在c固结变胞构态时相对于d固结变胞构态有更大的位移、速度、加速度和动能,但d固结变胞构态比c固结变胞构态相对来说更加稳定。为该机构的进一步优化奠定了基础。 Based on the principle of metamorphic mechanism of extended Assur rod group,a 2-DOF 2-loop metamorphic mechanism is formed,and its three-dimensional model is established by CATIA.The dynamic simulation of the two structural states of the metamorphic mechanism is carried out by introducing it into ADAMS.According to the simulation results,the motion of the main components under the two configurations is analyzed.The consolidation metamorphic mechanism has greater displacement,velocity,acceleration and kinetic energy than consolidation metamorphic structure,but the consolidation metamorphic structure is more stable than consolidation metamorphic structure.It lays a foundation for further optimization of the mechanism.
