红景天苷对大鼠力竭运动性肾损伤的预防和保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨红景天苷对大鼠力竭运动性肾损伤的保护机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、红景天苷组。红景天苷组给予红景天苷,模型组和对照组给予蒸馏水,于运动后24 h检测尿中性粒细胞明胶酶载脂蛋白(NGAL),腹主动脉采血检测肾功能、N-乙酰β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG酶)、IL-10和TNF-α变化。结果:力竭运动可引起尿NAG酶和血尿素氮和NGAL水平升高,促炎因子TNF-α水平显著上升;红景天苷可明显降低大鼠过度运动后尿NAG酶排泄,降低血尿素氮和TNF-α水平,而IL-10/TNF-α比值显著升高。结论:力竭运动可引起肾小管损伤;红景天苷对大鼠过度运动后肾损伤具有预防保护作用,其机制可能与抗氧化应激及减轻炎症反应有关。 Objective:To investigate protective mechanism of salidroside on exhaustive exercise-induced renal injury in rats.Methods:All rats were divided into the control group,the model group and the salidroside group.The salidroside group was given salidroside;and the control group and the model group were given distilled water.After 24 hours of exercise,urine neutrophil gelatinase apolipoprotein(NGAL),abdominal aorta blood sampling for renal function,N-acetylβ-D glucosaminidase(NAG enzyme),IL-10 and TNF-αwere detected.Results:Urine NAG enzymes,blood urea nitrogen,NGAL levels and TNF-αlevels are elevated due to exhaustive exercise.Salidroside can significantly reduce urinary NAG enzyme excretion after excessive exercise in rats,reduce blood urea nitrogen and TNF-αlevels,and increase IL-10/TNF-αratio.Conclusion:Exhaustive exercise can cause tubular damage.Salidroside can prevent renal injury after excessive exercise,and its mechanism may be related to antioxidative stress and reduction of inflammatory response.
