摘要
酒店行业居高不下的员工流动率已严重影响了行业的持续发展,成为不可忽视的社会问题。新生代员工作为未来人力资源的主力,具有独特的职业选择倾向,文章以初次赴酒店实习的大学生为例,前后两次实证调查其工作伦理的感知变化,研究发现:大学生整体工作伦理感知水平较高,但仍存在模糊区域,通过组织氛围营造、组织制度的规范可以提升其感知水平,并运用怪诞行为学相关理论进行了解读,提出了实践启示。
The high turnover rate of the hotel industry has seriously affected the sustainable development of the industry and has become a social problem that cannot be ignored.As the main force of future human resources,the new generation of employees has a unique tendency to choose careers.This paper takes the students who first went to the hotel for an internship as an example.Two empirical investigations have been conducted to investigate the perceived changes in their work ethics.The research findings show that in general the ethical work perception rate of the college students is at a high level,but there are still vague areas,and that the students′ethical perception level may be enhanced through construction of organizational atmosphere and the regulation of organizational system.
