摘要
虫草素是从蛹虫草中分离出的一种核苷类抗生素,具有明显的抗肾纤维化作用。通过对肾纤维化病理机制的研究,阐述虫草素可从细胞分子学水平调控多种细胞因子,从而介导七大信号通路,阻碍其信号传导。七种通路相互关联,从而延缓肾纤维化及慢性肾脏病的进展。
Cordycepin,an nucleoside antibiotic isolated from Cordyceps militaris.Cordycepin has obvious effect of anti-renal fibrosis.The pathological mechanism of renal fibrosis was studied.The researching of Cordycepin describes that they can regulate the expression of various cytokines from cell molecular level.They can mediate signal path,impede signal transmission.The seven pathways are interrelated,they can prevent renal fibrosis,delay the progress of chronic kidney disease.
