摘要
复杂机电联合设备故障诊断技术的发展,陆续出现了故障识别及检修手段,但都存在一些问题。由此,提出复杂机电设备联合故障自动识别系统。通过组成新型硬件系统和设计软件系统完成设计。经过实验论证得出,复杂机电设备联合故障自动识别系统在故障识别速率上远远高于传统系统设计,有极高的有效性。
With the development of fault diagnosis technology of complex electromechanical equipment,fault dimension recognition and maintenance means have appeared successively,but there are some problems.Therefore,a combined fault automatic identification system for complex electromechanical equipment is proposed.Through the composition of new hardware system and design software system,complete the design of this paper.The experimental results show that the combined automatic fault identification system for complex electromechanical equipment has a higher fault identification rate than the traditional system design and is highly effective.
