摘要
现阶段,随着《电子招标投标办法》及《电子招标投标系统技术规范》的普及和推行,电子招标投标交易平台在采购招标领域的使用越来越普遍;但有一些问题亟待解决,比如招标投标交易平台的稳定性和可靠性,这些因素直接影响电子招标投标平台的使用和业务推广。基于此,从系统架构设计及投标人环境依赖等方面分析了影响系统可靠性的相关因素,给出了提高电子招标投标交易平台可靠性的解决方案。
At the present stage,with the popularization and implementation of the Measures for Electronic Bidding and Bidding and the Technical Specification for Electronic Bidding and Bidding System,the use of electronic bidding and bidding trading platform in the field of procurement and bidding is becoming more and more popular;however,some problems need to be solved urgently,such as the stability and reliability of bidding and bidding trading platform,which directly affect the use and business of electronic bidding and bidding platform.Extension.Based on this,the related factors affecting the reliability of the system are analyzed from the aspects of system architecture design and bidder's environmental dependence,and the solutions to improve the reliability of the electronic bidding and bidding trading platform are given.
