摘要
目的研究分析小儿病毒性脑炎与脑脊液及多项血清学指标相关性。方法选取2015年8月至2018年8月收治的243例病毒性脑炎患儿,根据脑脊液检测分为病毒组(n=81)、细菌组(n=81)、正常组(n=81)。采用病例对照研究方法,对所有病例进行资料搜集,标本检测,数据整理,对病毒性脑炎、细菌性脑炎与脑脊液、血清学指标关系进行分析。结果 3组患者脑脊液生化学检查结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。对3组患者血清指标水平进行分析,S100B对比差异不显著(P> 0. 05),其余指标对比差异显著(P <0. 05)。对3组患者脑脊液指标水平进行分析,CRP对比差异不显著(P> 0. 05),其余指标对比差异显著(P <0. 05),对3组患者血清联合脑脊液实验室检查下指标水平分析,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论脑脊液中Cys C、S100B、MMP-9指标较敏感,血清中CRP、Cys C、MMP-9指标较敏感,可提示患者病情,联合检测可有效改善检测效果,对小儿病毒性脑炎病情判断以及预后评估有积极意义,具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the correlation between viral encephalitis of infants and cerebrospinal fluid as well as multiple serological indexes. MethodsA total of 243 children with viral encephalitis admitted who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 17,2015 to August 17,2018 were enrolled in the study. According to cerebrospinal fluid test,these patients were divided into virus group ( n =81),bacteria group ( n =81),control group ( n =81).The case-control study was used to collect data and specimens,then the correlation between viral encephalitis,bacterial encephalitis and cerebrospinal fluid,serological indexes was analyzed. ResultsThere were no significant differences in the examination results of biochemical indexes in cerebrospinal fluid among the three groups ( P >0.05). Except for S100B there were significant differences in the examination results of serological indexes among the three groups ( P <0.05).Moreover there were significant differences in the examination results of biochemical indexes in cerebrospinal fluid combined with serological indexes among the three groups ( P <0.05). ConclusionCysC,S100B and MMP-9 are sensitive in cerebrospinal fluid.The CysC,S100B,MMP-9 in cerebrospinal fluid in children patients with viral encephalitis are sensitive in detection diagnosis,and CRP,CysC,MMP-9 in serum are sensitive, moreover, combination detection can effectively improve the detection effects,it is of great importance to judgment and prognosis assessment of the disease.
