摘要
目的探讨大气颗粒物对健康人群心血管疾病早期危险因素的影响,为预防或延迟心血管疾病的发生提供参考依据。方法于2015年6~12月采用整群随机抽样方法对某地区20~60岁常住居民进行问卷调查,对符合入组条件者进行体格检查,并收集该地区环境保护局公布的空气颗粒物监测数据等相关资料进行分析。结果显示,该地区2013至2015年均PM10及PM2. 5水平均严重超出国家标准;研究对象的心血管疾病早期危险因素(空腹血糖、血脂、血压)均较对照明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 2组心电图ST-T段异常率差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论长期暴露于大气颗粒物中可能引起空腹血糖、血脂、血压的异常改变。
Objective To investigate the impact of atmospheric particulate matters on early risk factors of cardiovascular disease in healthy population in order to provide references basis for prevention and delaying the occurrence of cardiovascular disease.Methods The questionnaire survey was performed for the inhabitants aged 20 to 60 years in some region by cluster random sampling method from June 2015 to December 2015.The physical examination was carried out for the 2676 subjects,who were divided into indoor group(n=1 608)and outdoor group(n=1 608).The monitoring data of air particulate matter which were published by the Environmental Protection Agency of the region were collected and analysed.Results The results showed that the annual average levels of PM10 and PM2.5 in that area were significantly higher than those of national standard.The outdoor activity time in outdoor group was significantly longer than that in indoor group.Moreover the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG),triacylglycerol,low density lipoprotein(LDL),systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure in outdoor group were significantly higer than those in indoor group,however the high-density lipoprotein levels in outdoor group were significantly lower than those in indoor group(P<0.05).And there was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of T segment by ECG between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion The long-term exposure to the atmospheric particulates may result in the abnormal changes of FBG,blood lipids and blood pressure.
