摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜子宫切除术对子宫肌瘤患者雌二醇(E2)、卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平及卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月收治的子宫肌瘤患者120例,按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采取腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术治疗,观察组采取腹腔镜全子宫切除术治疗。检测2组患者E2、FSH、LH水平及窦卵泡计数并进行比较分析。结果手术前2组患者E2、FSH、LH水平及窦卵泡计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);对照组手术前后E2、FSH、LH水平、窦卵泡计数差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组术后E2水平和窦卵泡计数明显低于术前,观察组明显低于对照组,术后FSH、LH明显高于术前,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论腹腔镜全子宫切除术后患者E2水平和窦卵泡计数显著降低,FSH、LH水平升高,对卵巢功能有一定的负面影响。
Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopic hysterectomy on E2,FSH,LH and ovarian function in patients with hysteromyoma.Methods A total of 120 patients with uterine leiomyoma who were admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The patients in control group were treated by laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy,however,the patients in observation group were treated by laparoscopic complete hysterectomy.The levels of E2,FSH,LH and sinus follicle count were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before surgery there were no significant differences in the levels of E2,FSH,LH level and antral follicle count between two groups(P >0.05),and there were no significant differences in the levels of E2,FSH,LH level and sinus follicle count in control group before and after surgery(P >0.05).After surgery the E2 levels and sinus follicle count in observation group were significantly lower than those before surgery,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,however,after surgery,the levels of FSH,LH were significantly higher than those before surgery,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After laparoscopic complete hysterectomy,the E2 levels and the sinus follicle count in patients with uterine leiomyoma are decreased significantly,however,the levels of FSH and LH are obviously increased,which has some negative effects on the ovarian function of patients.
