摘要
通过建立数学模型,结合计算机辅助设计解决可转位圆柱螺旋面成型铣刀传统设计方法的计算误差和局限性,以适用现代高速刀具的设计与生产;解决在某些情况下被加工螺旋面的部分区域可能会产生畸变并造成切削过程中产生过切的现象,使被加工件尺寸达到设计要求;利用计算机辅助设计,实现批量化、参数化设计,以提高设计效率。
The calculation error and limitation of traditional design method of indexable cylindrical helical surface forming milling cutter are solved by establishing mathematical model and combining with computer aided design,so as to apply to the design and production of modern high-speed cutter,and to solve the problem that some areas of the machined helical surface may be distorted and cause over-cutting in the cutting process in some cases,so as to make the dimension of the machined part reach the set point.To meet the design requirements,batch and parametric design can be realized by using computer aided design to improve the design efficiency.
