摘要
为探索有效的杀灭蜱方法,减少蜱虫危害,选择新疆阿勒泰地区青河县查干郭勒乡蜱虫流行较严重的一家农户,开展了杀虫油剂和伊维菌素联合应用防控家畜蜱虫试验。试验分为杀虫油剂组、伊维菌素注射液组、杀虫油剂和伊维菌素注射液联合使用组和不用药的对照组。每组有50只不同年龄的牛、羊、马等家畜,其饲养管理、放牧条件、圈室条件都基本相同。杀虫油剂组、伊维菌素注射液组间隔1个月,同法同量进行2次用药;杀虫油剂和伊维菌素注射液联合使用组先使用杀虫油剂,1个月后注射伊维菌素注射液。用药后观察无蜱的维持时间和第1次用药90 d后仍发现蜱的试验动物数量,计算不同试验组的杀虫效果。结果显示,杀虫油剂组、伊维菌素注射液组、杀虫油剂和伊维菌素注射液联合使用组用药后的无蜱维持时间分别为70、60、90 d,预防效率分别为90%、86%、100%。结果表明,杀虫油剂和伊维菌素注射液联合使用,可起到最佳的蜱虫预防效果。
In order to explore an effective method for killing ticks and reduce their harm,a combined application test of Oil insecticide and Ivermectin was conducted towards the livestock suffering from massive ticks in a farm of Chagankol Township in Qinghe County of Xinjiang.Four groups were established with respectively 50 livestock of cows,sheep or horses of different ages sharing similar feeding management,grazing conditions,feedstuff and barns,namely Oil insecticide treatment group,Ivermectin injection treatment group,Oil insecticide and Ivermectin injection treatment group and the control group(without any treatment).For Oil insecticide treatment group and Ivermectin injection treatment group,the second treatment was carried out with same approach and quantity a month later after the first treatment.For Oil insecticide and Ivermectin injection combination group,Ivermectin was injected a month later after Oil insecticide was adopted.Then the duration of no ticks was recorded and the amount of livestock that still had ticks 90 days after the first treatment was calculated,and the tick killing effects for individual group were evaluated.The results showed the duration periods of no ticks for Oil insecticide treatment group,Ivermectin injection treatment group and the Oil insecticide and Ivermectin injection combination group were respectively 70,60 and 90 days with corresponding prevention efficiencies of 90%,86% and 100%.In conclusion,the combination application of Oil insecticide and Ivermectin had the best effect for tick prevention and control.
